The School of Languages and Cultures at Purdue University invites applications for afull-time Continuing Lecturer in Arabic, beginning August 2013.
Qualifications: Applicants must have at least a master’s degree in Arabic, comparative literature, language studies or a closely related field, and a minimum of one year of teaching experience. They must demonstrate native-like fluency in Arabic and an excellent command of English. In addition to teaching undergraduate language courses and participating in the activities of the Arabic section, the lecturer may supervise teaching assistants or lecturers.
