Continuing Lecturer in Exercise and Fitness Assessment and Programming (002833-2013)
The Department of Nutrition Science at Purdue University, in collaboration with the Department of Health and Kinesiology, is seeking a qualified person to teach undergraduate courses in health, exercise, and fitness screenings, assessments, and programming. This is a 10-month appointment (mid-August to mid- May) starting August 12, 2013.
Requirements: Successful candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Science or related field and must demonstrate evidence of success in teaching. Certification as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine or other comparable professional certification, and minimum of one year of experience teaching exercise physiology/assessment/programming concepts and practice preferred.
