The Supply Chain & Operations Management Group at the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University invites applications for a full time Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor Position starting on or before October 12, 2013.

Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of this position include providing leadership for the Master of Science Degree program with a concentration in Global Supply Chain Management, MS (GSCM), securing internships for the MS (GSCM) program, playing a crucial supporting role in the Dauch Center for the Management of Manufacturing Enterprises (DCMME) and the center for Global Supply Chain Management Initiative (GSCMI) by helping to develop additional corporate partners and sponsors, securing and mentoring student projects and teaching undergraduate and graduate operations and supply chain management courses.

Qualifications: A Ph.D. in supply chain and operations management or a related area is highly desirable but not required. This is a non-tenure track position with full employment benefits. Salary and compensation will be highly competitive and commensurate with candidate experience and achievements.

The Supply Chain & Operations Management Group at the Krannert School of Management has been consistently ranked high by the U.S. News & World Report. In 2012, U.S. News & World Report ranked Undergraduate Production/Operations Management #2, Undergraduate Supply Chain Management/Logistics #8, MBA Production/Operations Management #7 and MBA Supply Chain Management/Logistics #10. The group is also an active partner of the Dauch Center for the Management of Manufacturing Enterprises (DCMME) and the center for Global Supply Chain Management Initiative (GSCMI), which cultivate outreach to industry and enhances practice-based pedagogical and scholarly research.
