Assistant Professor, Philosophy (002741-2012)
REQUIREMENTS: Assistant Professor, tenure track, beginning fall 2013. Four courses/year (2/semester), undergraduate and graduate. Some thesis supervision. Usual non-teaching duties. AOS: Philosophy of Science (either general philosophy of science or the philosophy of a particular science). AOC: Logic (the successful candidate must be able to teach advanced, graduate-level logic courses). Willingness to teach graduate-level courses in early analytic philosophy highly desirable. Ph.D. in Philosophy prior to appointment. Teaching experience preferred. Salary competitive.
