useful for identifying and correcting high-risk management and site

Installation:
To install, copy the zipfile (welloc.exe or welloc.zip) onto your
hard disk, then double-click it to uncompress and install the program.
You can start the program from the Windows Start Menu, or by opening
your Web browser and aiming it at c:\well\src\title.htm
