STRATEGIC PLAN

 
  1. Forge a comprehensive vision that aligns functional processes to identify, recruit, and retain a community of scholars rich in intellectual and socio-cultural diversity for the purpose of enhancing student learning, satisfaction, and growth.
  1. Continue to implement an enrollment strategy and provide focus to university efforts to recruit and retain an academically talented student body pursuant to its mission and consistent with its physical, technical, programmatic, and human resources

    Metrics:
    1. Total undergraduate enrollment in relation to the Enrollment Management Planning Group (EMPG) revenue target
    2. Educational and general (E&G) expenditures per FTE student
    3. Student to faculty ratio
    4. Percentage of Student Credit Hours taught by faculty

    6. Number of FTE and percentage of enrollment utilizing web-based billing interfaces
