Request User Access
Before starting, you need to have current FERPA, GLBA, Data Handling, and Protecting SSNs certifications. Please note that they expire yearly. You can check on your certification status, here:
You should receive a notice approximately 30 days before expiration. Be sure to re-certify when you receive the warning so that your access to Slate and student data will not be interrupted. Then to access to Slate, your approved role requestor or Point Person must fill out the role request form for you:
Ideas, Enhancements, and Suggestions
Use the Slate Enhancement Request form to submit any enhancements or provide comments you have about the current Slate functionality and processes. Each month the Undergraduate Admissions Slate Leadership team will meet, discuss, and prioritize requests. All requests will be considered, but it will be up to the team to determine if a specific request will be put into production. The team will weigh current workload, resources necessary to implement, and level of impact on the Slate user community should an enhancement move forward.
