The Community Development and Public Issues
Program, facilitated by Purdue’s Cooperative
Extension Service, helps Indiana's communities
improve economic development. It works with Purdue
faculty and educators in partnership with local
leaders and organizations across Indiana, to address
a broad range of issues, including:
- Community visioning and planning.
- Economic and business development.
- Work force development and
- Local government needs.
Purdue Extension, which operates in each of Indiana’s
92 counties, also links local leaders with university
resources.
