Welcome

Computing support for the Earth and Atmospheric Sciences (EAS) department is provided by EAS and ITaP staff who work together to provision the best possible computing operations and support services. The collaborative IT support provided by EAS and ITaP staff gives faculty and staff priority access to department specific needs while assuring optimal access to enterprise services and best practices. ITaP's support is provided by the Departmental Relations & Support unit of the ITaP Customer Relations division, through a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

All technology support questions and service requests should be sent to eas-itap@purdue.edu. If email is unavailable, call the ITaP Customer Service Center at 49-44000 and ask them to send email to eas-itap@purdue.edu in your behalf.
