Alexander Gluhovsky accepts position of associate professor with tenure

Dr. Alex Gluhovsky has been offered and has accepted the position of Associate Professor with tenure at Purdue University.  Prof. Gluhovsky's appointment is 75% in EAS and 25% in the Department of Statistics.  Dr. Gluhovsky was a Visiting Professor in EAS from 1992 to 1995 and has been a Senior Research Scientist in EAS since 1995.  Prof. Gluhovsky will be teaching in EAS and in STAT and continuing his very successful research program in atmospheric circulation and atmospheric statistics.  We are happy to welcome Prof. Gluhovsky to the EAS faculty.
