Our mission is to encourage, develop, administer, and assess programs and activities that foster a climate within Purdue that celebrates the diversity of all members of our university community. We also provide advocacy and support for individuals from racial, ethnic, religious, and social groups that have been historically underrepresented in institutions of higher education. Things we do include creating the vision for diversity at Purdue, training for diversity competencies in both the workplace and learning environment, publication of the Religious, Ethnic, and Civic Observances Calendar, and coordination of campus diversity events.
We invite you to explore our initiatives, learn about upcoming events, and discover the many diversity programs available on Purdue's campus. Please join us in honoring diversity.
