biocompatibility, coatings, channels, etc.

Cells/Tissues/Organs:
harvesting, culture,
growth, differentiation, morphogenesis,


angiogenesis, metabolism, attachment, orientation,
apoptosis, immunologic issues, stem cell biology

Tissue Biomechanics: cell-cell and cell-scaffold interactions, mechanical and structural
modifications, translation of model systems to
clinical practice.
