IHHA Partnership

The partnership between the Indiana Hospital & Health Association (IHHA) and Regenstrief Center (RCHE) involves three major activities:

Healthcare Technical Assistance Program. The mission of theHealthcare Technical Assistance Program is improved healthcare delivery in Indiana hospital and health organizations. To date, the program has been focused on continuous improvement training/coaching or on project work with IHHA member organizations. Projects have been undertaken in patient flow, facility planning, and process improvement.

Curriculum and Training. IHHA and RCHE are working together to develop education and training opportunities in healthcare engineering for current and future healthcare professionals.
Knowledge Management. The partnership also involves the development of effective means for translating success from one healthcare-delivery environment to another.
