Engagement Program
The Regenstrief Center's Engagement Program facilitates relationships with organizations that share in RCHE's quest for healthcare delivery improvement and are willing to support it. The program is designed to provide significant value to its participants while building a rational, broad and quantitative foundation for improving our nation's healthcare system. Organizations can engage with RCHE as a Sponsor or a Partner.
Sponsors

Sponsors are interested in advancing the process of improving healthcare delivery, but are not directly engaged in the process itself. This is most applicable to foundations that are looking to financially support the center's core activities, but do not directly provide healthcare services.
Partners

Partners are actively engaged in some area of healthcare delivery and are interested in exchanging knowledge related to that area. Partners engage at one of two possible levels - project and strategic.
- Project Partners work at the project level and are most interested in tapping into Purdue's vast array of engineering, management and scientific expertise. They present an opportunity for researchers to help transform healthcare delivery not only in the partner's facility, but across the nation.
- Strategic Partners pursue a higher level of engagement by supporting the center's fundamental mission in two ways: they financially support the working capital requirements of RCHE and substantially contribute to the development of new knowledge by working with other Strategic Partners on the neutral ground of a top-tier research university. This setting provides the opportunity for participatory research across the entire healthcare supply chain, leveraging the Strategic Partners' investments while mitigating their risks. It also allows for larger variety and scope of projects than would be possible by these same healthcare organizations acting alone.
