The Rural Strategy for Excellence: A 2020 Vision for the Indiana Countryside (RISE 2020) draft report provides a dynamic vision and framework for building the future of rural Indiana . Community Input Sessions are being held across Indiana to gather additional insights and ideas that can be incorporated into RISE 2020 for creating strong sustainable rural communities throughout Indiana.
