We are professionals dedicated to learning and performance improvement in organizations including business/industry, military, and K-20. Projects that our professionals engage in are nearly always collaborative and multi-disciplinary since our unique set of skills and knowledge are valuable for teaching and learning, research design and data collection, and outreach efforts.

Our belief is that organizational learning and capacity-building is supported by well-designed learning experiences and whole systems approaches. By integrating appropriate theories from fields such as psychology, communications, management and computer science we strive to create blended solutions that optimize organizational knowledge, learning and performance assets. Such change efforts often involve a blend of technologies to support networked and face-to-face instructional delivery, performance system support, and knowledge management.

Our Purdue partners are in a variety of schools and colleges such as Engineering Education, Agricultural Economics, Biology, and Technology, as well as with other institutions and organizations on a global level.
