Cyber Center Fellows
The Cyber Center (CC) Fellows program fosters and
enhances communication and collaboration among
investigators in research areas of the Cyber Center.
Faculty Fellows are selected on the basis of their expertise
and willingness to demonstrate commitment to the mission
of the Cyber Center. Faculty Fellows undertake significant
roles in defining the Cyber Center Programs and outcomes. CC Fellows may
include Purdue faculty and research staff and external partners, (both corporate
and academic) who have expressed interest in Center programs or initiatives.

The Cyber Center provides significant support for Faculty Fellows in the proposal
creation process for large, multidisciplinary project opportunities. The Cyber
Center acts as the proposal creation administrator and coordinator. In this role,
Cyber Center personnel experienced with large project proposing and management
facilitate definition of the proposal outline and assignment of proposal content to
technical team members, monitor content submissions, and coordinate reviews
of content among the team members. We can help to create additional materials
such as a description of Discovery Park and its mission, goals and organization,
definitions of previous educational outreach programs, and summaries of pertinent
past and ongoing Discovery Park and Purdue research projects that can help to
make your proposal more competitive.
Faculty Fellows receive timely information on available opportunities for
collaboration, upcoming events and the interests of colleagues from across Purdue
and other institutions. You will also be able to gain access to resources available
for developing interdisciplinary proposals, publicizing new initiatives or events,
and organizing training programs and internship opportunities for students.
As a Faculty Fellow you may be eligible for seed funds to acquire preliminary
data for new sponsored research initiatives. Funding to meet university match
requirements on grant proposals may be available. In addition you have access
to a network of external collaborators and partners of the Cyber Center.
The benefits of being a Faculty Fellow and working with the Cyber Center on
your next interdisciplinary proposal or project are many! Come and join our team!
