The Korea Institute of Science and Technology and Purdue University have teamed up in a Global Research Laboratory collaboration focusing on molecular imaging, nanomedicine, and nano-bio materials research. This annual symposium is offered on alternating years at Purdue University and attracts participation from a variety of groups--faculty researchers, students, corporate sponsors, biotechnology companies, economic developers, government representatives, internationally-focused entrepreneurs, and others. This day-long symposium will feature scientific talks by both Korean and Purdue researchers, along with poster presentations on project-related research. Corporate sponsorships and networking opportunities for participants are also available.

This symposium is just one piece of an existing and effective international collaborative effort that is stimulating a variety of collaborative business opportunities both in South Korea and also at Purdue University.
