Print this pageIn DiversiKey, you'll have plenty of help. Program participants work with mentors to help them determine their goals. Your mentor will offer advice, answer questions — and maybe even ask you a thought-provoking question or two to get you started on your journey and help you customize it to your own interests and values.
DiversiKey mentors are students participating in the University's L.E.A.D. peer mentoring program, as well as Purdue faculty and staff. The mentors work closely with students enrolled in the DiversiKey Certificate Program and have the unique opportunity of making a difference in the lives of these students.
The mentors help the students define their personal and professional development while enhancing their own understanding of issues such as multiculturalism, diversity, leadership, and the global marketplace.
