Engaging Indiana's public health departments, local boards of health and local public health system partners in continuous quality improvement through:
- Participation in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention National Public Health Performance Standards Assessment Program
- State and local-level empowerment through team building, leadership and problem solving
- Unique, evidence-based public health program development to enhance delivery and quality of services
- Demonstrated performance improvement related to the 10 Essential Services of Public Health and Healthy People 2010 objectives.
Concept, design and implementation is attributed to the Indiana State Department of Health. This project is funded by the CDC PHHS Block Grant (2007-B1-PRVS).
