McKinnis joined the Purdue University Technical Assistance Program when it was founded in 1986, after spending thirteen years in the manufacturing sector with Landis+Gyr, Caterpillar, and Thermotron Industries. David has connected hundreds of Purdue faculty, staff, and students with thousands of Indiana companies, carrying out the Technical Assistance Program's mission to strengthen the Indiana economy and improve the quality of life for Indiana citizens.

Mary Anne Sloan, MBA, BSN, RN

Sloan has served in several administrative positions for United Healthcare and Arnett Health Plans in Lafayette. She began her nursing career with the U.S. Navy and worked in a variety of healthcare settings including critical care, ambulatory and managed care.

Theresa Knotts, BSN, RN, CPHQ
Manager, Performance Improvement Projects, HealthcareTAP and PharmaTAP

Knotts has 20 years experience in performance improvement; most recently as Executive Vice President for Corporate Compliance at Cummins Behavioral Healthcare Systems, Inc. In her role, Theresa had the privilege of playing a leadership role in an organization receiving national recognition by being the winner of the 2007 Negley Award for Excellence in Risk Management. She also has extensive experience in risk management, patient safety, Joint Commission accreditation for hospitals and behavioral health. She has been a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) since 1991. As a skilled nurse she worked in medical and cardiac intensive care as well as the medical floor.

Coyle-Rogers joined the faculty of the Purdue University School of Nursing in 2000, after spending over 25 years as a nurse leader, clinician, and educator in 16 healthcare facilities and schools throughout the country. At Purdue, Patricia teaches a variety of graduate and undergraduate courses and serves as Director of Lifelong Learning.
