Core Capabilities

  • iPSC derivation using non-integrating methodologies (e.g. mRNA, Sendai virus) from human skin biopsy, peripheral/cord blood, endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) and urine epithelial cells
  • iPSC expansion, distribution and differentiation
  • Cell Repository: iPSCs, fibroblasts, peripheral blood monocytes (PBMs), EPCs, urine epithelial cells, neural precursors, cardio myocytes and other cell types
  • Functional studies: Microelectrode array (MEA) using Maestro microelectrode array from Axion Biosystems
  • Training & consultation for iPSC culture, reprogramming and differentiation
