The 2009 Creating Hope is an opportunity for any individual to submit an original piece of artwork that expresses, or shares, your view or interaction with cancer.
Your inspiration could be your own cancer journey, or how cancer has affected you though a family member, friend or situation. The art work will be displayed in the Purdue Memorial Union and/or Stewart Center during the Cancer Culture and Community Colloquium November 5 & 6, 2009.
Register on line no later than October 16, 2009.
Please attach this Form to your artwork at the time of drop off or delivery. High School students can receive their forms from the art teachers.
Drop off your artwork between 8am-5pm on Monday, October 26, 2009 in the Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship, Room 136, 1201 W. State Street, West Lafayette, IN.
Pick up your artwork between 8am-5pm, no later than December 4, 2009 in the Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship, Room 136, 1201 W. State Street, West Lafayette, IN.
