NEXTRANS Student Wins Thesis Award

Qiang Bai, NEXTRANS PhD student, was recognized for best thesis in transportation engineering at the 2013 CUTC Annual Awards Banquet in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Bai was awarded the Wootan Award for his dissertation, "Trade-off Analysis in Multiobjective Optimization for Transportation Asset Management."
