Present research works involve on possible applications of graphene in supercapacitors, Surface area Raman Scattering, Field emission,biosensors, resistive memory devices and thermal interface materials.

To achieve applications of pursued research for the wellness of humankind.
1. Surface enhanced Raman scattering studies of metal nanoparticles modified graphitic petals array.
2. Magnetic proeprties, field emission and supercapacitor performance of few-layer graphene.
3. BN and BC4N modified CNTs and graphene for use in thermal interface materials.
