When you are off campus, you need to use the Purdue VPN client.

Reservations:
1. Select the equipment from the equipment tree on the left by clicking on it.
To cancel a reservation, select the reservation and chose “Delete” from the Reservation Actions menu. Note: Equipment you are qualified on will have an asterisk next to it.
Using Equipment & Billing:
Coral is now the billing method for all equipment in Birck! Logsheets for process are still to be used. *see notes below.
To initialize the system before use:
This starts the equipment use and is equivalent to signing in on a billing sheet.
Note: For systems without a dedicated computer, (ie, the aligners or metal dep systems) you should enable the equipment on one of the common computers or Sunray stations.
Equipment Trouble Reporting
If you need to report an equipment problem to the staff:
Select the equipment in Coral. Under the Equipment Actions menu, select the appropriate level of notification. ** see notes below
Notes:
*The temporary billing sheets are only for time when Coral is unavailable.
**Coral will automatically email the staff responsible for the equipment using this feature. There is no need to send duplicate email.
