UGIM 2010 - Sponsorship Information
Sponsor/Patron Levels
Session Patron
Sponsor a technical session at the conference. You will receive:
- Recognition in the UGIM proceedings
- Poster with your company name and/or logo will be displayed during the session
- An announcement acknowledging your patronage will be made at the beginning of the session
- Your name will also be included in the Proceedings and the Conference Guide
- Sponsor an individual session for $350 or the entire morning or afternoon for $500.
Register to be a Session Patron.
Event Patron
Sponsor a special event at the conference. You will receive:
- Recognition in the UGIM proceedings
- Poster with your company name and/or logo will be displayed during the event
- Your name will also be included in the Proceedings and the Conference Guide and “sponsored by” recognition in the conference schedule
- Sponsor a breakfast for $750, lunch for $1000, or a buffet dinner for $2000.

Bronze Patron
Patronage at the Bronze level demonstrates your support of the UGIM Conference. You will receive:
- Recognition in the Proceedings and the Conference Guide, and on the UGIM 2010 web site
- Complimentary registration for one person from your organization
- Verbal recognition in the opening and closing remarks.
- A Bronze Patron indicates a donation of $1,000 or more.
Register to be a Bronze Patron.
Gold Patron
Patronage at the Gold level demonstrates your support of the UGIM Conference and provides for distribution of product and company literature.
- A table for literature distribution and free-standing, table-top signs will be provided in the patron area of conference hall.
- Gold Patron recognition in the Proceedings and the Conference Guide, and acknowledgement on the UGIM website
- Complimentary registration for one person from your organization is included at this level of sponsorship
- Recognition in the opening and closing remarks.
- A Gold Patron indicates a donation of $2,000 or more.
Platinum Patron
Patronage at the Platinum level demonstrates the highest level of support of the UGIM Conference.
- Space for a booth or table-top displays (table provided) will be provided in the patron area of conference hall.
- Platinum Level recognition on the cover of the Proceedings and the Conference Guide, and acknowledgement on the UGIM website
- Company name will also be mentioned as a Platinum Sponsor in our monthly newsletter leading up to the conference
- Complimentary registration for two people from your organization is included in this level of sponsorship
- Recognition in the opening and closing remarks.
- A Platinum Patron indicates a donation of $3,000 or more.
Register to be a Platinum Patron.
* The Patron Area will be in the rear of the conference hall, divided from the speaker area by a low partition. All traffic coming into the conference hall will pass through this area, and the food and beverages furnished at breakfast and during breaks will be located in the center of this area. Arranging the traffic patterns in this manner will ensure maximum exposure for the Gold and Platinum Patron displays. Additionally, a nearby room is provided to Gold and Platinum Patrons to have semi-private conversations with potential customers.
