LSAMP Purdue Hosts "CSI Purdue"

In keeping with LSAMP’s goal of broadening the participation of students (k-12, post secondary and graduate) in STEM disciplines, the cohort will be hosting several students from Murray Language Academy in Chicago, Ill., on June 8, 2012.
Through a series of hands-on activities, the Purdue students will help the participants understand the importance of science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields, and show that higher education is within their reach, and illustrate how STEM fields are fun and exciting areas to explore.
