Program Description

The BSU LSAMP program aims to increase retention and graduation of students in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, particularly minorities. The BSU LSAMP implements programs that will:

  • Allow participants to conduct research in their area of study with a faculty mentor
  • Participate in Peer Study Groups in their major
  • Provide guidance to participants interested in applying for graduate school or for employment

Eligibility

Undergraduate students in the following majors:

  • Actuarial Sciences
  • Architecture
  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Computer Science
  • Environmental Design
  • General Science
  • Geology
  • History Preservation
  • Natural Resources
  • Physics
  • Physiology or Health Science
