    LSAMP 2010 Annual Research Conference

"Reaching for Careers Rooted in STEM"
The Annual LSAMP Research Conference was held on October 23, 2010. This conference provided an environment for networking and professional development for the undergraduate students in the Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (LSAMP) by providing them an opportunity to present their research. Students from the eight surrounding campuses competed in oral and poster presentations.  Dr. Monica F. Cox, Assistant Professor in the School of Engineering Education at Purdue University was the keynote luncheon speaker.  Doctoral Fellow, Dr. Ann Kimble-Hill from the Indiana University School of Medicine was the speaker at the Hors D’oeuvres Awards Reception.
LSAMP would like to THANK everyone who contributed their time, energy and expertise into making the LSAMP Indiana Program a success!
