The DLRC Conference Room Facilities
The DLRC has a Collaborative Learning Research Space (DLR 134 - Atrium) and one conference room (DLR 134A) on the first floor and one conference room (DLR 221 - Rotunda) located on the second floor. In addition to the features listed below for each room, wireless internet is available throughout the building. To request a reservation for one of these rooms, please make sure you read the use guidelines (PDF is here) and completely fill in the form located here.
Collaborative Learning Research Space (DLR 134 - Atrium)
DLR 134 is located on the Southeast end of the first floor. The Atrium can seat up to 54 people, has 20 tables, 5 white boards, and two flat panel screens that are available for use with prior approval. Collaborative teams can meet in isolated small group spaces in the commons area on the first floor near the laboratories. The atrium is an educational public environment that can feature festive displays from posters, cases, graphics, movies, and live video feeds on large flat panel screens to hands-on displays that vary in size from table top to large free-standing displays.

First Floor Conference Room (DLR 134A)
The first floor conference room is located directly to the East of the Atrium. This room features 1 large conference table with 10 chairs, a screen and projector, a speaker phone, and a white board. Please be aware that this room is not available for caterer prep for events in the Atrium.
