The Bleeding Edge of Midwest CleanTech on Display in Chicago
The Clean Energy Trust will present the inaugural Clean Energy Trust Tech Showcase , a forum for the region’s best researchers to present their work, on October 3, 2012 in Chicago.
Organizations from across the Midwest including the University of Chicago, Argonne National Lab, Gas Technology Institute, Milwaukee Water Council, Northwestern University and Purdue University are nominating their top innovators to detail their research, progress and applications. This special event is designed to connect the region’s leading researchers with investors, entrepreneurs and others who can help them develop and commercialize their technology.

Who Should Attend: Cleantech researchers, investors, entrepreneurs, academics, students, policy makers, corporations looking for new technology and anyone with a deep interest in the next wave of innovation.
Participants in the Clean Energy Trust Tech Showcase are eligible to apply for the 2013 Clean Energy Challenge, sponsored by the U.S. Dept. of Energy. Over its history, the Challenge has attracted more than 175 startup applicants. To date, Challenge finalists have raised more than $20 million in private investment.
