The Certificate Program helps you develop the leadership, management and communication skills needed to succeed in any workplace.
The Certificate Program offers students the opportunity to engage with successful entrepreneurs and innovators and gain hands-on experience.
The Certificate Program is committed to providing young women with the skills and knowledge they need to be the leaders and entrepreneurs of tomorrow. One way we accomplish this is through our Women and Leadership course, designed for advanced undergraduate students.
The first half of the class covers the social and historical perspective of women in leadership, and the second half of the course covers practical skills that women can use to develop their leadership abilities. Course readings consist of articles from various publications, including the Harvard Business Review and The Wall Street Journal in order to expose students to important publications that business leaders often read regularly.
