Neil majored in Ag Econ in the Fall of 2008 and in 2009 he launched LoadOut Technolgoes, which is a smartphone industrial automation technology to monitor and control processes such as grain terminals, feeding lots, aggregation, manufacturing etc. This idea spawned from his work on the family farm and being affected by allergies when loading grain.
