Hydrogen Energy Systems

Members of the Hydrogen Initiative are exploring approaches to hydrogen storage, hydrogen production methods including waste to hydrogen and a controlled reaction of aluminum and water, hydrogen ignition and combustion for propulsion and power, and aspects of on-board hydrogen fuel systems. Our goals are to enable the hydrogen economy for transportation and extend the reach of today’s hydrogen economy.
