Airport Solar Farm Set to Get Underway
A more than $35 million initiative to build a large-scale solar farm at Indianapolis International Airport has received a key approval. The Federal Aviation Administration has cleared two Indianapolis-based companies, Telamon Corp. and Johnson Melloh Solutions, to begin constructing the proposed 75-acre development. Airport Project Manager Eric Anderson tells Inside INdiana Business the farm is an example of the facility's focus on green initiatives.
