Biography
Current research in biological weed control, weed ecology and the ecological mechanisms of plant invasion and naturalization. Impacts of invasives on soil microbialogical communities.
Interests in bioenergy: 1) Evaluation of the ecological risks of deploying species such as Miscanthus and Arundo as biomass crops. 2) Weed management needs in biomass and biofuel crops. 3) Impacts of biomass and biofuel crops on soil microbial communities. 4) Impacts of biomass and biofuel crops on landscape management.
