Bill McKibben,Schumann Distinguished Scholar at Middlebury College,Founder and Senior Advisor, 350.org, will present a talk titled, “Hot Times: Reports from the Front Lines of the Climate Fight,” at 7:30 p.m. in Fowler Hall in Stewart Center. McKibben’stalk will be followed by a facilitated discussion led by Justin Dearborn, CEO of TRONC Inc. McKibben’sDiscovery Park Lecture Series talk is also part of the official launch of Purdue’s new Environmental and Sustainability Studies (ESS)Certificate. The event is co-sponsored by the College of Liberal Arts.
