Professor Ahmed K. Elmagarmid was featured on "Stars of Science" , a program that is aired in 18 major Arabic speaking TV networks and channels and reaches all of the Arab world and is also broadcast on satelleie Television outside of the Arab world.  The program is intended for young researachers to consider careers in science and technology.  The interview with Professor Elmagarmid was aired in parts, in all 6 episodes of the program.  In his message to the Arab youth, he emphasized the importance of having a spirit of questioning and wondering about the what ifs of the universe.   He emphasized the important role of cyber infrastructure in discovery and how it is essenitial for everyone to be involved in it today.
