Research Impact

Low temperature condensed matter physics; synthesized novel f-electron intermetallic compounds to study their superconducting and magnetic properties.; Quantum Design, Inc., San Diego, CA (1999-2016): member of New Product Development team which designed automated physical properties measurement equipment such as thermal transport probes and a vibrating sample magnetometer for cryogenic as well as high temperature measurements; as Applications Scientist, directed international workshops and collaborated with researcher customer base. ; Oversees the spintronics laboratory which features two state-of-the-art instruments from Quantum Design.
