Mariko Chang's Op-Ed on the Paycheck Fairness Act

Mariko Chang, PhD, is the author of the new book, Shortchanged: Why Women Have Less Wealth and What Can Be Done About It. Her article was recently published on CNN.com and talks about the Paycheck Fairness Act, a law that will expose unfair pay.
Chang is a featured expert at the National Council for Research on Women, a member of the Insight Center for Community Economic Development's Experts of Color Clearining House and an affiliate scholar at the Women of Color Policy Network at NYU Wagner. Her piece written for CNN was written in association with The Op-ed Project.
