ADVANCE-Purdue, the Purdue Center for Faculty Success, and the Office of Institutional Equity 

are offering an interactive workshop on faculty hiring search and screen procedures.  The goal 

of this workshop is to increase faculty search committee members’ knowledge about current 

search and hire best practices and procedures leading to the employment of an excellent and 

diverse faculty.
