At the heart of ADVANCE-Purdue is the Purdue Center for Faculty Success (PCFS), a campus center focused on developing programming and implementing activities and events for faculty on the West Lafayette campus.

Purdue represents a prime oportunity for women's advancement in all STEM fields. While there is still much work to do, the following chart shows that the representation of woment in STEM tenure-track faculty positions has increased by more than six percent since fall 2000.
