Q2. How do I apply for financial aid for summer school?
Q3. On the summer aid application what am I to do with the boxes regarding summer credit hours?
A: The student is to list the number of credit hours to be taken during each module. If a class extends to multiple modules, the student is to count those credit hours in each module. For a 3 credit hour course that begins in Mod 2 and extends through Mod 3, the student should complete the boxes by entering 3 credit hours in the Mod 2 and in Mod 3.
Q4. Once I've applied for 11-12 financial aid when will I receive a financial aid award notice?

Q5. As a newly admitted student with lots of financial aid questions, any special advice?
A: We suggest viewing a recording of our Paying for Purdue webinar.
Q6. If a student is planning to move off campus next year, how is that to be reported on the FAFSA and how does it affect financial aid eligibility?
A: Students indicate their planned living arrangements on the FAFSA application with each college that they list. There is a drop down box where they can select “off campus” housing. Purdue awards the same amount of funds whether the student lives on or off campus. Once the University bill has been paid (tuition and fees), a student living off campus is refunded any additional financial aid to help with these out-of-pocket expenses.
