Each year many Purdue students are awarded scholarships by private (outside) sources such as high schools, civic organizations, charitable foundations, businesses, etc. All awards from sources outside Purdue must be reported to the Division of Financial Aid to ensure your financial aid is awarded accurately.

You may download the printable Private Outside Scholarship Reporting Form, complete the form, and fax it to: (765) 494-6707.

If you are notified of additional private scholarships at a later time, please remember to notify our office.
