Incarceration
Incarceration limits the federal student aid funds a student is eligible to receive. Students incarcerated in federal or state institutions are not eligible for federal student aid. Students incarcerated in institutions other than federal or state are eligible for all federal student aid except for federal student loans. Any student incarcerated during a period of enrollment must notify the Division of Financial Aid.
