Enrollment Plans

Your financial aid is generally based upon full-time enrollment in both fall and spring semesters. Review the following scenarios and determine if any of the options match your expected 2012-13 enrollment.

  • You plan to transfer from Purdue to another university after fall semester ends
  • You anticipate graduating from Purdue in December
  • You will participate in a co-op program or internship during either fall or spring semester
  • You will attend a Technology Statewide location and not be full-time
  • You are pursuing a degree where the plan of study is commonly set up for less than full-time enrollment, i.e. Vet Tech Distance Learning

If you are using Google Chrome, this form may not send correctly. Please use a different browser to ensure this form is submitted properly.

Note: The Enrollment Plans Form should be completed by individuals that initially submitted their enrollment plans through myPurdue and need to make a correction OR individuals who did not receive the enrollment plans request on myPurdue but plan to enroll one semester and/or less than full-time either semester for 2012-13.

Please allow up to three weeks for your aid to be adjusted accordingly once you submit this information.
