Summer 2012 Financial Aid Eligibility

The 2012 summer financial aid application will be available March 19 - July 31, 2012 on myPurdue.

In order to be eligible for certain types of aid for the summer term you may be required to be enrolled at least half-time (6 hours undergraduate, 4 hours graduate).  You will need to file/have filed the 2011-12 Free Application for Federal Student Aid no later than June 30, 2012, and must have satisfied all additional financial aid requirement requests on your myPurdue account.  You will also need to complete a 2012 Summer Aid Application, which will be available under the Financial Tab of your myPurdue acount.

What You Need to Know:

  • If you drop hours or do not initiate course participation at any time during the summer sessions, your aid may be adjusted and you may receive a bill.
  • Notify the Division of Financial Aid if you decide to cancel your summer aid application.
  • Seniors in Veterinary Medicine and Doctor of Pharmacy are not required to complete the summer aid application.
