Division of Financial Aid Services

Specific financial aid questions can be answered by our highly trained client service assistants and financial aid counselors. DFA offers Call Center Services, Walk-In Services, an Email Inquiry Service, and Student Employment Services.

CALL CENTER SERVICES

Specific and personal questions can be answered by a highly trained client services assistant via a phone call. These DFA staff members are available from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday at 765-494-0998. See the Call Center Services webpage for more information.


WALK-IN SERVICES

Specific financial aid questions can be answered by a highly trained client services assistant in Schleman Hall Room 305. The client services assistant may refer a student to an office counselor to discuss his or her situation. Client services assistants are available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday on a first-come, first-served basis. See the Walk-In Services webpage for more information.


EMAIL INQUIRY SERVICE

An email inquiry service is available for your convenience. Most financial aid questions submitted via email are answered within 24-48 hours (between 8 am – 5 pm, excluding weekends and holidays). STUDENT EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

Student Employment Services within the Division of Financial Aid brings eligible student employees together with both on- and off-campus community employers. Our offices are located in the Division of Financial Aid, Schleman Hall of Student Services, Room 302. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
