If you visit the DFA office, Schleman Hall of Student Services Room 305, you will be assisted by one of our highly trained financial aid counselors at the front desk.  They can answer general questions about financial aid, such as forms to complete, deadlines, types of aid available, etc.  Depending on the nature of the questions, the counselor can also view the student's record on the computer and provide information regarding his or her financial aid.  If it appears that the student's situation will require some in-depth investigation or discussion, the counselor may refer the student to an aid administrator for more in-depth counseling in a private office.  Reception desk counseling service is available between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
